Borka Radovanović (ex Tomić) is a Brussels liaison officer of the City of Kragujevac, representing the interests of her hometown in Serbia as well as the interests of Sumadija district to the EU. She is a lobbyist accredited at the European Parliament, European Commission and the Committee of the Regions and a fashion model participating in glamorous shows, catwalks and photo shootings worldwide.

Borka Radovanović is one of the founders and the president of the Serbian Center for Cooperation, young professionals' network aiming to bring the Serbian cultural, scientific and spiritual heritage closer to the modern world. Previously, she was the founding partner and director of the Serbian Institute for Public Diplomacy, a lobbying association based in Brussels. Additionally, she worked for the European weekly - the New Europe and the Institute of International Relations.

Borka Radovanović graduated from the Faculty of Philology of Belgrade as Professor of the English language and literature. She holds a Master of Business Communications from ESLSCA Business School, Paris with a specific interest in Luxury Brand Management, Visual Communications and Public Relations.

Borka Radovanović is passionate about strengthening the identity and reestablishing the image of Serbia. She wrote a range of articles and held lectures on Serbian public relations and branding initiatives at various international universities and academic institutions. She is fluent in English and French and has basic knowledge of the German language.
